Coffr Research & Insights
Coffr Research & Insights is the research desk behind Coffr's payment fraud, payment controls and vendor security analysis.
We write for controllers, CFOs, accounts payable and treasury teams. Our focus is how payment instructions are trusted, how they get altered, and which controls hold up when people are deceived.
Every figure we publish is tied to a named primary source, such as the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center, FinCEN, the FTC or the Association for Financial Professionals. Where the evidence does not exist, we say so and treat it as an open research question.
Drafts are prepared with AI assistance and reviewed by the Coffr team before publication. Read our editorial standards.
